What makes this different
Roleplay first, with honest exceptions
Roleplay is the default across the entire map. A handful of marked places are the exception, every one of them published in advance. You will never discover a zone by being shot in it.
Death you choose the weight of
Dying does not delete your character. Ending them permanently is your decision and a real ending, and some of the best stories here have come from somebody choosing it rather than being forced into it.
We build what the game is missing
When this server needs something Project Zomboid does not do, we write it ourselves rather than bolting on somebody else's mod and hoping it survives the next patch.
Staffed, and staffed properly
A trained team on a written handbook, with rulings recorded rather than argued in chat. No staff member rules on a scene they were part of. The server does not open without enough of them.
How it works
- Join the Discord and read the terms. Agreeing unlocks the rest of the server. It takes a couple of minutes and it is the only thing standing in front of everything else.
- Apply for a character. Tell us who they are and what they want. Nobody is marking your writing, and it does not need to be long. We are checking there is a person behind the character.
- Approval makes you a Survivor. That is the role that opens the game server. Approval usually comes back within 24 hours.
This server is 16+. Agreeing to the terms confirms it, and your agreement is recorded.
Not our first winter
The last incarnation filled its population cap. This one is a new era with a new season, built on what two years taught us about what makes a server die.
New here
Read the terms, then come and meet the county. The door is the Discord, and it is open now even though the game server is not.
Already a survivor
Sign in to see your character, your standing, what is coming up, and the county's record of the dead.
