The ground is not open and the county has no dead to record. When it does, every ending will be written here.
How somebody ends up here
Ordinary death does not put you on this wall. You respawn at your safehouse and keep playing the same person, minus the memory of how you died.
This wall is only for characters whose players decided the ending was permanent. Staff confirm it, the character's own words go on the record, and the next character starts with nothing carried over.
